Pasha Gol
Vice President of Development
Ms. Gol is responsible for managing a project’s development life cycle, from conducting initial zoning and feasibility analyses, to acquisition and coordinating the design, construction and delivery of units. She works closely with project architects, consultants and marketing teams to ensure that project goals and quality standards are achieved. She is also responsible for evaluating new opportunities and conducting due diligence. Previously Ms. Gol worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), where she oversaw the organization’s network of fifteen incubators and co-working spaces and managed several initiatives aimed at strengthening NYC’s startup and entrepreneurial communities. Prior to joining NYCEDC, Ms. Gol was an Urban Fellow in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development. Ms. Gol received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
